Trouble All My Days is the fifth track on Golden Feelings, the twenty-first track on Fresh Meat + Old Slabs, a B-Side of Pay No Mind (Snoozer) and Devils Haircut, and a track on the deluxe edition of Odelay.

This track opens up with a sample of classical music, and then Tony Robbins giving his "canceled check" (which would later inspire Beck to write a song about it), and then the actual song starts. The song is based off of "Trouble, I've Had All My Days" by Mississippi John Hurt. The phrase is fairly common in the blues, and Hurt is one of Beck's favorite Blues musicians. It is complemented by a pretty horrendous and untuned guitar. Apparently, unlike most Golden Feelings songs, Beck must've liked this one so much that it was released multiple times, on Fresh Meat + Old Slabs as well as B-Sides to Pay No Mind (Snoozer) and Devils Haircut.
